MEDICAL SIMULATION EDUCATION SERVICE DESIGN
Strategic plan and innovative program for a new, inter-professional Simulation and Innovation Center.
FUTURE OF HEALTH CARE EDUCATION
Service design models now create rich learner journeys with iterative cycles of hands-on experience followed by necessary moments of reflection.
Extensive, one-on-one interviews with leadership and healthcare providers built a foundation for visioning sessions and hands-on workshops, where space program concepts were co-developed with stakeholders. The concept proposed an interprofessional training facility that would simulate a full range of environments found in a hospital or clinic and support more effective team dynamics.
